Purchase of products

All the copyright of all merchandises/products/goods are owned by the designer.

Umah Bali Living selling the goods and the buyer shall purchase the goods in accordance with Umahbaliliving.com website price quotation (if accepted by the buyer), subject to these Terms, which shall govern the contract to the exclusion of any other terms subject to which any such quotation is accepted or purported to be accepted, or any such order is made or purported to be made, by the buyer.

Umah Bali Living will receive and confirm all the order in written via fax or email. A 50% deposit is required upon receiving the order. Order will start to process upon receiving the fund at Umah Bali Living account. The balance should be received into Umah Bali Living account prior releasing the goods.

Umah Bali Living reserves the right at any time after receipt of order to accept or decline an order, or any portion thereof, even after the buyer’s receipt of an order confirmation.

Any advice or recommendation given UMAH BALI LIVING Bali Living or its employees or agents to the buyer or its employees or agents as to the storage, application or use of the goods which is not confirmed in writing by UMAH BALI LIVING is followed or acted upon entirely at the buyer’s own risk, and accordingly UMAH BALI LIVING shall not be liable for any such advice or recommendation which is not so confirmed.

Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by UMAH BALI LIVING shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of UMAH BALI LIVING.

Production & Delivery

Productions lead time normally 30-60 days after receiving the deposit. And delivery time is 4-8 weeks by sea and 3-6 working days by air.

All freight charges, including customs duty, are the responsibility of buyer. Buyer has the option to specify which shipping line to use; or at the request of buyer, we will use the best possible shipping line in our opinion. We do not profit from shipping charges, and will pass all savings to buyer.

Terms and Conditions changes

UMAH BALI LIVING reserves the right to update or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is possible that from the time of the buyers initial review of this website the UMAH BALI LIVING Terms and Conditions have changed. As a result, UMAH BALI LIVING encourages all buyers to review the current Terms and Conditions at which time the buyer purchases products from this Web Site.

Indemnity

The buyer hereby waives releases, forgives, discharges and relinquishes any and all claims the buyer now has or may have against UMAH BALI LIVING, its related bodies corporate, directors, employee, agents and representatives which are connected with, arise out of, relate to or are incidental to any transaction.

The user hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold UMAH BALI LIVING harmless from and against any and all claims, loss, damage, tax, liability and/or expense that may be incurred by UMAH BALI LIVING and its directors, employees, agents and representatives arising out of or in connection with the performance of its duties as described in these Terms and Conditions.

The buyer also agrees to indemnify and hold UMAH BALI LIVING, its related bodies corporate, directors, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this Website.

The buyer acknowledges, through use of this Website, full responsibility for any damages of any kind related to your use of this Website and that your use of this Website is taken at your sole risk.

UMAH BALI LIVING will in no way be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from the buyer inability to use this Website.

Cancellation

Once an order has been placed into production, it is non-cancelable without written approval from UMAH BALI LIVING
